Return Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days, including placing the return request and sending back the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, have original tags, have no make-up stains, no alterations or hemming, no door or perfume/cologne.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, like cosmetics, self tanners, gift cards. Sale items are final and can only be returned if they have manufacturing defects.
For returning competition costumes like men's tuxedo/tail suit or ladies competition gowns, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
REFUNDS
When your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All refunds are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We will return the exact amount of Canadian Dollars as we received for merchandise, but your credit card provider may charge a currency conversion fee or difference currency rate than it was on the day of purchase if it was paid in a different currency. Dancestyle is not responsible for this fee.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dancestyle.ca
